Dear Madison,
My dear father once advised me, “Your intelligence quotient measures how well you perform on the intelligence quotient test - Nothing more, nothing less.” The same may be said for your college admissions exams. If you perform poorly on the test presented by a particular school, it is a sign that the school is not one best suited to your methods of functioning. Take heart, for there are many excellent schools that seek a more all-encompassing perspective of a student’s academic life.
